Our mission was to refresh the Andiamo Italian Restaurant brand, reposition its market image, and drive sales growth by implementing targeted marketing strategies and advancing digital capabilities. The focus was to transform Andiamo from a promotion-reliant business to a brand that offers an authentic, engaging dining experience year-round.

Andiamo faced declining sales over a 3-4 year period and struggled with low foot traffic outside of promotional periods. Known primarily for its discounts, the restaurant needed a sustainable approach to increase visibility and customer engagement while strengthening its brand identity and appeal.
